Terms And Conditions For Termite Treatment Help

These terms explain how this site works. This site is a referral service: one call connects you with an independent local pro, and treatment work is performed by that pro, not by this site. No price, result, or arrival time is promised, and the information on this site is general guidance, not a diagnosis of any home. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

What This Site Does

This site is a referral service. When you call the number shown, one call connects you with an independent local pro for your area. The site itself does not perform termite inspections or treatment work.

The site provides general information about termites and treatment to help you understand the problem and your options. That information is a starting point, not a substitute for an inspection of your home.

The Independent Local Pro

Treatment work is performed by the independent local pro, not by this site. The pro is a separate business and is responsible for their own inspection, treatment, pricing, and scheduling.

Any agreement for inspection or treatment work is between you and the pro. The site is not a party to that agreement, and the site does not set the pro's prices, methods, or arrival time.

No Promises On Price, Results, Or Arrival

No price, result, or arrival time is promised. The cost of treatment depends on the pro's inspection of your home, the extent of the problem, and the treatment method they recommend.

The 30–60 minutes mentioned on this site is a general guide to how quickly a pro can usually arrive, not a promised arrival time. Actual arrival depends on the pro's schedule and your location.

Results also depend on the condition of your home and the treatment used. No outcome is guaranteed.

General Guidance, Not A Diagnosis

The information on this site is general guidance about termites, signs of damage, and treatment options. It is not a diagnosis of any home.

Only an in-person inspection by a local pro can determine whether your home has termites, how far the problem has spread, and what treatment is needed. Do not rely on the general information here as a diagnosis of your home.

Using This Site

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse the contact number or the information on the site.

The site may change, update, or remove content at any time. The site may also change these terms, and the version published on this page is the current one.

Limitation Of Liability

The site is a referral service and does not perform the treatment work. The site is not responsible for the pro's work, pricing, schedule, or results, or for any damage to your home.

Use of this site and of the referral service is at your own discretion. If you have a concern about the work performed, raise it with the pro who performed it.
